Gov. Joet Garcia and Vice Gov. Cris Garcia led the distribution of financial assistance to the latest batch of 210 board reviewers under the Iskolar ng Bataan program.

“You now have education, you are now ready to have a better future”, told Gov. Joet Garcia to beneficiaries.

“The good thing is that you do not need to go far away to get employed, here in our province there are available jobs for you”, he added.

For her part, Vice Gov. Cris Garcia advised beneficiaries to strive more so that they can contribute to the economy.

“Magpursige pa kayo para makatulong kayo hindi lang sa inyong pamilya maging sa ekonomiya ng bansa”, she told reviewers.

Before becoming vice governor, Garcia was the original coordinator of the Iskolar ng Bataan.

She now serves as adviser of the scholarship program.

Each beneficiary received P5,000.

A total of 4, 810 board reviewers already benefited to the program since 2017.
